I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the technology that powers the battledome. Is there a way to completely limit ones own powers while fighting within it? And if not at present, would anyone be capable of making it so?

I lost part of myself during the past week. It served to reinforce the importance of honing my strength in every area that I can--and I'm also not alone in this regard.

Which is why it's all the more important to learn to keep your balance for when that happens.

There are teachers here. There is nothing shameful about admitting to your weaknesses, and striving to improve upon them.

That's pretty much the point of the little training round-robin I kinda organize when there's time to. There's always time to learn more. Even the supernaturally gifted gotta get their practice in.

I guess it depends on what you're looking for. I mostly just match students up with teachers in the same general area of interest.
