So being a war god, Homura is something of a powerhouse, as is detailed in his application. And he is not afraid to use violence, up to and including lethal force. Endless joy, right? Also, as a note, Homura almost always gives warning before physically attacking anyone, and definitely before killing them. So if nothing else, you'll have an ic warning. And of course, nothing major will be done without permission.
